7 Heart 7 Love 7 She told me about Kartini (Jajang C. Noer), a 45-year-old woman who works as a gynecologist. Kartini itself has not marry because of his past experiences that made him hesitate to get married. As an obstetrician, Kartini face a variety of patients with different backgrounds. Kartini sometimes even know the other stories of women who become patients. There were 6 women who become patients Kartini and this film tells the background of each problem in flashbacks and narrated by the Kartini. The first lady is Ningsih (Patty Sandya) is expecting a boy is strong and opinionated does not like her husband had been weak and not opinionated. The second woman is Jackie (Happy Salma) who work as sex workers.
Yanti accompanied by Bambang (Rangga Djoned) who became his anjelo (shuttle whore). Yanti himself in trouble with uterine cancer that made him give up hope for life, but behind it Bambang actually want to help him so he is free from the disease. The third woman is Rara (Tamara Tyasmara) who was aged 14 years. Rara was in junior grade two junior high and now she is pregnant due to actions by Acin (Albert Halim).
The fourth woman is Lastri (Tizza Radia) which until now has not pregnant, but Lastri had Hadi (Verdi Solaiman), her husband who is very loyal. Lili is the fifth woman (Olga Lidya), pregnant women, this one always gets rough treatment from her husband but Lily has always denied her husband did this on purpose. The sixth woman was Ratna (Intan Kieflie), a woman who worked hard to earn money for the birth of his son later. Ratna has Marwan (Ahmad Zaki) as her husband, who often come home late because they have to work overtime.
